Expecting a courier delivery?
All orders, including subscriptions, are taking up to 48 hours to be delivered.
Will I need to be in for my delivery?
Due to the majority of the UK now at home, DPD will only attempt one delivery.
If you are not available and have not left specific requirements, the parcel(s) will be automatically returned to us. Please use the DPD app to change the date of delivery or leave a note for the driver on the door.

Will you run out of stock?
We would like to assure customers that we have a plentiful of stock; and are still manufacturing throughout these times. There is no need to be concerned about shortages or products being out of stock.
I have no dog food left! What can I do?
If you do not have any food left for your pet, there are still some options.
Local Retailers:- pet shops are priority businesses, and most are remaining open. Please use our Stores Finder to find your nearest pet shop.
